ICU Program – Support for Missing Work

Posted Date: 9/22/25 (12:03 PM)

Good morning AMMS families,

At Apopka Memorial Middle School, we use a program called ICU to support students in completing missing assignments or assessments. This ensures that every student has the opportunity to stay on track academically.

Here’s how it works:

  • When a teacher enters a missing assignment or assessment into the ICU system, parents/guardians will automatically receive an email or text notification using the contact information on file.
  • Our school team then generates a list of students who will be pulled from their elective classes to complete the missing work or take the missed assessment.
  • Please note: Skyward remains the official gradebook. For assignment details, grades, and class updates, continue to check Skyward regularly.

Thank you for your support in helping us hold students accountable while also providing them with the opportunity to succeed.
